Pamela Tomlinson is a seasoned factual television producer with over 15 years of experience developing and delivering high-impact, character-driven content. She is best known as the series producer behind By Hook or By Cook — a four-season, Canadian Screen Award–nominated docuseries that blended emotional storytelling with humour and heart, earning a loyal national following and international distribution through TVF International and LGI Media.
Pamela has created original series for Canadian broadcasters including AMI-TV, TELUS Originals, and REV-TV. She is known for crafting scalable, returnable formats that resonate with audiences both locally and globally, and for delivering network-quality storytelling on independent budgets.
With deep experience in production logistics, licensing, and leading crews in remote and challenging environments, Pamela brings both creative and operational expertise to every project. Backed by a degree in finance, she approaches every series with a strong understanding of risk, budgeting, and strategic delivery. She is currently developing a slate of premium factual series and is seeking the right broadcast partner to bring these stories to life.
Pricilla Hui Executive Producer | Production Finance & Business Affairs
With over two decades of experience in film and television, Pricilla is an accomplished executive producer and expert in production finance, business affairs, accounting, and management. She has overseen every stage of production—from development to distribution—working alongside producers across Canada and internationally to bring creative visions to life with financial precision and strategic foresight.
Pricilla began her career in business affairs at Calgary-based Voice Pictures Inc., an independent production company known for international co-productions and U.S. service work. From 1999 to 2005, she rose to head of production finance and accounting, setting the foundation for a career defined by leadership, innovation, and trust.
Her collaborative spirit and in-depth industry knowledge have since led her to key roles with respected production companies across Canada and the U.S., including Joe Media Group, Muse Entertainment, Phil Price Philms, Enter Pinkbox, Les Productions Colin Neale, and Chaos A Film Company Inc., among others.
From 2018 to 2023, Pricilla served as Executive Producer and Finance & Business Affairs Executive for Big Time Decent Productions and Mayhem Entertainment, founded by Matthew Shewchuk. During this time, she played a central role in securing and managing financing for hit series such as Rust Valley Restorers (History/Netflix), Backroad Truckers (History), and Yukon Rescue (History). Her expertise in navigating broadcaster, distributor, investor, and government funding relationships was instrumental in the success of these projects.
Currently, Pricilla is partnering with Producer/Director Pamela Tomlinson to develop a new slate of factual content, continuing her mission to champion innovative storytelling through solid production strategy and collaboration.

Annie Armstrong Field Producer | Post Supervisor

Annie Armstrong has spent the past ten years working in BC’s Film & Television industry, with a focus on production logistics and management. She began her career in the Locations Department on scripted series as a member of the Directors Guild of Canada, before transitioning into factual television and documentary.
Since 2023, she’s been part of the Render Digital Media team, working as both a Field Producer and Post Production Supervisor on a range of factual entertainment. Annie brings a sharp eye for structure and on-the-ground execution, driven by a passion for real, character-driven storytelling.
